My Current Favourite Makeup Products | Spring 2017

Hi guys! So it's been ages (literally) since I've written a blog post, but I'm back! I just started missing blogging so I thought I'd come back on here with a new post. :)
In today's post I'm gonna show you a couple of my current favorite makeup products, so here we go.

Chocolate Bar Eeshadow Palette from Too Faced
I have wanted to try this palette out for the longest time, but I just got around to it now. It was also my very first purchase from Too Faced. And in my opinion it's definitely worth the price. The packaging is so cute, I just don't want to throw it away. The palette also come with a mirror which I find really handy. And what I really love about this palette is that every single shade is wearable. It's perfect for everyday natural makeup look. It consists of many light, dark, matte and shimmery shades. Although I was expecting it to be a little more pigmented, I'm really happy with it now. I've been wearing it pretty much every day to school. I love how you can create so many different makeup looks with it. So it definitely has to be on my favurites list this year.

Better Than Sex Mascara form Too Faced
I've been seeing this mascara everywhere for some time now, but I again never really got around to buy it. Maybe because I have way too many mascaras at home and I don't use more than half of them or maybe just because I wasn't sure if it was gonna be worth the price. But when I saw this mini version in Sephora the other day, I thought I'd try it out. It's been a couple months and now it's definitely my number 1 mascara. It provides so much volume and length to my eyelashes, and it makes them go really black. It applies very easily too. It also doesn't smudge and lasts for very good amount of time. And I just really love how it looks on my lashes. So I will definitely purchase the full size version soon.

Mary Lou Manizer from The Balm
I've never really been into highliters before. All the highliters I've tried before were either way too shimmery, too creamy or too hard to apply. But as you probably know, highliters have been a huge trend for a while now, so I thought I'd try out one from a high-end brand. Since the Mary Lou Manizer one was very well known and not that extremely expensive, I thought I'd buy it. And i'm 100% satisfied. Highliter has become a part of my everyday makeup routine, and I pretty much wear it all the time now. My favourite place to use it is definitely my cheekbones and whenever I wear it, I'm constantly asked what is it and complicated. So it's definitely been my most favourite product lately.

NYX Lingerie Liquid Lipsticks
I have wanted to try these out ever since they came out, but they always seemed to be sold out. Than finally I got 2 of them for Christmas and I couldn't be happier.
I have been a huge fan of matte nude lipsticks lately, and it's pretty much all I ever wear.
The price of these is amazing considering the quality. I absolutely love the formula of these lipsticks, they just feel so smooth. They're also quite long lasting, but not gonna lie, I've had lipsticks that lasted a lot longer than these, but they still take some work to take off. But it takes a couple of seconds for the liquid lipsticks to dry matte on your lips.
The two that I have are called 'Embellishment' and 'Push Up' which is a bit lighter nude and probably my favourite out of these two, because it's better for a natural 'no makeup makeup' looks. But I've been wearing both of them all the time lately and they just couldn't be missing in this blog post.

So those are all the products I've been loving lately. Hope you enjoyed reading and see you hopefully soon in my next blog post. :)

What's in my bag / summer edition

Hello:) So it's been a while since I've lastly done what's in my bag blogpost, and I think quite a lot of things has changed, so I've decided to do an updated/summer version of what's in my bad:)

So this is the bag I've been using lately. It is in navy colour, and I got it in H&M. I originally bought it as a beach bag but ended up using it everyday haha.

So the things I tend to carry with me everyday are :
Sunglasses - an essential for the summer time
A hair brush - also an essential, and the one that I'm currently using is so cute and it is from Clockhouse.
A camera - I don't nessesarly take it everywhere with me, but when I'm on holiday in the summer, I just like to keep it with me.
A hand lotion - my hands get very dry thought the day, so I think it's nice to keep them hydrated. And the one that I've been using a lot lately is from EOS and it is amazing! It smells so lovely and it is really small so it perfectly fits in my handbag
A breath spray - I don't use it very often, but I've been keeping it in my handbag for ages, just in case I need it. And I got it in Primark.
A hand gel - is an essential, i use it all the time. The one that I'm currently using is from Bath&Body Works, and it smells like vanilla sugar.
A body mist - I find it really useful to have with me on everyday basis. The one that I'm using at the moment smells incredible, just like strawberries, I absolutely love it, and it is from M&S
A hair perfume - I really like this thing, it smells so nicely, I can't really describe it but it's so nice. I also love the packaging.
A diary - I've been using this diary/day planner since January, and I find it really useful. I love planning things ahead, it's real fun. I also really like the design.
A mirror - is really helpful when I need to fix my makeup or something through the day. And I've been using this little pink mirror in a shape of heart for more than a year now and I absolutely love it.
Earphones - an complete essential, like who doesn't like listening to music ?!
A wallet - it hasn't changed since my last what's in my bad blogpost, although I've been searching for something else but haven't found anything cuter. This is seriously the cutest wallet ever. And it is from Primark.
Makeup - I always do my makeup before leaving the house,so I do not carry my whole makeup bag with me.
But the 3 makeup products I wouldn't leave my house without are definitely a lipbalm - you might already know how much I love lip balms, and the one that I've been using a lot in the summer is baby lips one in such a bright pink colour.
a concealer - I always need a concealer to fix my makeup if it gets bad though the day. And I've been using the Eraser-Eye one from Maybelline.
A mascara - is definitely an essential, and I just wouldn't go a day without it. And I've been using the Push Up Drama mascara from Maybeline lately.

So that is all for what's in my bag blogpost. Hope you enjoyed reading and I'm so sorry for being so inactive lately:( I promise I'm gonna be uploading much more in the summer:)
So see you next time (hopefully soon) :)

Beauty Haul

Hi there! Hope you're all doing well. x

So I've been shopping quite a lot in the past few weeks, so I've decided to show you what I got.

So the first thing I want to show you, is this Wonder Hand moisturising hand cream from Zoella beauty. Basically I'm in love with the cute packaging. It's absolutely gorgeous! And it makes my hands so soft and moisturised. It also smells really lovely and subtly.

Talking about hand creams, I've also picked up this EOS hand lotion in berry blossom scent, and I absolutely love it. The size is perfect for everyday use or for traveling as it's quite little, so it fits in my hand bag perfectly. I also love the formula, because it's so moisturising and it doesn't leave hands feeling greasy nor sticky. I've had an EOS hand cream before, in fresh flower scent, but I personally think this pink one smells much much better. But it's maybe just because I'm obsessed with berry scents haha.

Next I got few products from Maybelline, so starting off with the Push Up Drama mascara. I purchased it at the beginning of April, and I've been wearing it literally every day since then. It's amazing for an drugstore mascara, really. You can check out the full review here.

Next I got the Blushed Nudes eyeshadow palette. It's so beautiful but I won't be going to much detail with it, because I'm planning to write a review later this month. So keep your eyes peeled haha

And the last thing I got from Maybelline is the Instant Age Eraser Eye concealer. I've been searching for a good drugstore concealer for a while now, and I've seen lots of recommendations to get this one so I did, and I love it. The coverage is amazing, it completely covers my under eye circles and I like that spongy thing it comes with. The only shame is, that there were only two colour choices and I got the lighter one and it's the same colour as my skin tone, and I like my concealer to be a little bit lighter.

The next product I've picked up is the Catrice Allround Contouring Palette.
I have been contouring a lot lately, it's so much fun, but the palette I was using wasn't really good, so I thought I would try out a new one.
It contains 3 highlighting shades and 2 contouring, and the one on the right is a bit shimmery.
All the shades are really creamy, they blend out easily and look pretty natural. So I'm really happy with this palette so far.

Than I got this Expert Face Brush from Real Techniques. I really needed a new face brush, so I've picked up this one. It's really soft but I actually haven't used it yet, but I bet it's gonna be amazing, just like all the other Real Techniques' brushes.

And lastly, I got these 3 anti-bacterial hand gels from Bath & BodyWorks. Actually a friend of mine got me them from the US, and I really want to thank her for this. I have a thing for hand gels. lol
They all smell awesome, and they also look really cute.

So that was all I got.
Anyway, comment down below what posts would you like me to do in the future, because I need some ideas :)

How To Change Up Your Makeup Bag for Spring / Collab

Just as we update our wardrobes when the season changes, it's quite important to change up your makeup routine as well.
I think spring is the perfect time for sorting out your current makeup routine, and trying out some new products.
So I thought I'd share some ideas how to do update your makeup bag for spring. :)

1. Switch from foundation to tinted moisturiser
Foundations are typically more thicker, so you get a lot more coverage, but you definitely don't want your makeup to slide down your face on a warm day. I think BB-creams or CC-creams are perfect for the time of spring. They're much more lighter, they provide glowy and more natural look and they usually have more SPF protection for your skin.
I've been using this BB-cream from Pupa for a while now. And it's great, it blends in so easily and the formula feels so good on the skin. It also has SPF 20.

2. Use cream blush instead of powder one
Cream blushes aren't my favourite, but
I like wearing them on daily basis, especially in spring/summer time.
They are moisturizing, they provide a dewy finish and they usually look more natural on.
NYX has some nice range of shades, and they're also good quality.

3. Wear more colourful & brighter lip products
Even though I'm a huge fan of nude lipsticks, it's nice to brighten up your makeup look with a bright pinky lipstick. I also like wearing lip balms such as baby lips, they look really bright on my lips plus they are really moisturizing.

4. Use more cream eyeshadows
I recently started wearing cream eyeshadows on my daily basis, and I'm loving them so far. They give you more dewy look, what is great for spring. I've been loving Mybelline colour tattoos, and the Gold Pink one is my favourite for spring as its pink, has a bit of shimmer in it and looks so bright and pretty.

Anyway, this is a collab with some of my blogging friends, so go check out all the other girls blogs down below :)
