Beauty Haul

Hi there! Hope you're all doing well. x

So I've been shopping quite a lot in the past few weeks, so I've decided to show you what I got.

So the first thing I want to show you, is this Wonder Hand moisturising hand cream from Zoella beauty. Basically I'm in love with the cute packaging. It's absolutely gorgeous! And it makes my hands so soft and moisturised. It also smells really lovely and subtly.

Talking about hand creams, I've also picked up this EOS hand lotion in berry blossom scent, and I absolutely love it. The size is perfect for everyday use or for traveling as it's quite little, so it fits in my hand bag perfectly. I also love the formula, because it's so moisturising and it doesn't leave hands feeling greasy nor sticky. I've had an EOS hand cream before, in fresh flower scent, but I personally think this pink one smells much much better. But it's maybe just because I'm obsessed with berry scents haha.

Next I got few products from Maybelline, so starting off with the Push Up Drama mascara. I purchased it at the beginning of April, and I've been wearing it literally every day since then. It's amazing for an drugstore mascara, really. You can check out the full review here.

Next I got the Blushed Nudes eyeshadow palette. It's so beautiful but I won't be going to much detail with it, because I'm planning to write a review later this month. So keep your eyes peeled haha

And the last thing I got from Maybelline is the Instant Age Eraser Eye concealer. I've been searching for a good drugstore concealer for a while now, and I've seen lots of recommendations to get this one so I did, and I love it. The coverage is amazing, it completely covers my under eye circles and I like that spongy thing it comes with. The only shame is, that there were only two colour choices and I got the lighter one and it's the same colour as my skin tone, and I like my concealer to be a little bit lighter.

The next product I've picked up is the Catrice Allround Contouring Palette.
I have been contouring a lot lately, it's so much fun, but the palette I was using wasn't really good, so I thought I would try out a new one.
It contains 3 highlighting shades and 2 contouring, and the one on the right is a bit shimmery.
All the shades are really creamy, they blend out easily and look pretty natural. So I'm really happy with this palette so far.

Than I got this Expert Face Brush from Real Techniques. I really needed a new face brush, so I've picked up this one. It's really soft but I actually haven't used it yet, but I bet it's gonna be amazing, just like all the other Real Techniques' brushes.

And lastly, I got these 3 anti-bacterial hand gels from Bath & BodyWorks. Actually a friend of mine got me them from the US, and I really want to thank her for this. I have a thing for hand gels. lol
They all smell awesome, and they also look really cute.

So that was all I got.
Anyway, comment down below what posts would you like me to do in the future, because I need some ideas :)

How To Change Up Your Makeup Bag for Spring / Collab

Just as we update our wardrobes when the season changes, it's quite important to change up your makeup routine as well.
I think spring is the perfect time for sorting out your current makeup routine, and trying out some new products.
So I thought I'd share some ideas how to do update your makeup bag for spring. :)

1. Switch from foundation to tinted moisturiser
Foundations are typically more thicker, so you get a lot more coverage, but you definitely don't want your makeup to slide down your face on a warm day. I think BB-creams or CC-creams are perfect for the time of spring. They're much more lighter, they provide glowy and more natural look and they usually have more SPF protection for your skin.
I've been using this BB-cream from Pupa for a while now. And it's great, it blends in so easily and the formula feels so good on the skin. It also has SPF 20.

2. Use cream blush instead of powder one
Cream blushes aren't my favourite, but
I like wearing them on daily basis, especially in spring/summer time.
They are moisturizing, they provide a dewy finish and they usually look more natural on.
NYX has some nice range of shades, and they're also good quality.

3. Wear more colourful & brighter lip products
Even though I'm a huge fan of nude lipsticks, it's nice to brighten up your makeup look with a bright pinky lipstick. I also like wearing lip balms such as baby lips, they look really bright on my lips plus they are really moisturizing.

4. Use more cream eyeshadows
I recently started wearing cream eyeshadows on my daily basis, and I'm loving them so far. They give you more dewy look, what is great for spring. I've been loving Mybelline colour tattoos, and the Gold Pink one is my favourite for spring as its pink, has a bit of shimmer in it and looks so bright and pretty.

Anyway, this is a collab with some of my blogging friends, so go check out all the other girls blogs down below :)

Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara Review

Hello.
I have wanted to try this 'new' Mybelline mascara since I fist saw it, but I purchased it just now. And I've been wearing it ever since I bought it, so I thought I'd write a review. :)

First of all, it comes in a waterproof and non waterproof formula and it's available in several shades.

My thoughts about this mascara are really positive so far. It's amazing for a drugstore mascara.
You get very long lashes with this and it extends lashes out really nicely. Maybe the volume isn't that good as it doesn't make lashes like super full but I'm still pretty happy with it.
I also love the packaging, It looks so lovely.

But you might have seen some people compering this mascara to the Benefit Roller Lash one. Some people say that this is a dupe for the Roller Lash.
But honestly, I think they are completely different, especially when it comes to their brushes and formula. You can see the difference between their brushes on the picture down below.

The Maybelline mascara seems to be darker on my lashes, while the Roller Lash appears to be a bit more natural.
You may get similar results, but I don't think it's a dupe.

I prefer the Benefit one, as it's my all time fave, but if you're looking for a good affordable mascara, this might be an option. I will definitely use it a lot, because my overall opinion is really positive.

Let me know if have tried this mascara and what do you think about it. :)

Things To Do In Spring

Hi guys, so with the spring coming on, the weather is getting better, and I don't know if it's just me, but I always feel so motivated to do things in spring, spring is like a new fresh start for me.
So I've decided to write down some ideas you can do in spring if you feel like doing something but you have no idea what.

1. Go for a walk
Nothing's better than a walk if the weather brightens up. You can go whether somewhere to the nature or to a town. It's always nice to go for a little walk.

2. Work Out
This is something I personally love doing but I either have no time, or I'm too lazy to work out. But I love working out, especially in the time of spring, I'm  always really inspired. You can also go for a run if you're not into working out in a gym.

3. Go shopping
Of course you can do this in every season, but it's fun to go shopping for new new spring/summery clothes right?!

4.Get your room organised
I think that spring is the perfect time for tiding and organising your room.

5. Meet up with your friends
Instead of chatting online with your friends you can spend a nice day with them. You can simply go shopping, to a coffee shop or to the cinema. No matter what you do, it's always fun when you're with your friends, right?!

6. Buy a colouring book
I got so into colouring books lately. I think it's a great way to spend your free time especially when it's raining outside.
There are so many different ones, and you can get them pretty much everywhere these days.

7. Play some sports
I think this is a good way to spend your free time if you like playing sports. I'm not a really big fan of sports, but playing badminton from time to time is really fun.

8. Read a book
This is my favourite activity to do on a rainy day. Here are some of the books I've been loving recently. I've been loving Love x Style x Life which I've talked about in my Fabruary favourites, and currently I'm reading How To Be Parisian, it's such a great book if you're into lifestyle kind of books.

9. Go on a picnic
If there's a nice park in your area than this might be a good way to spend some time with your family or friends.

10. Write a blog post
Again, this is something you can do all year round, but I don't know if it's just me, again, but I feel so much more inspired to write in spring, and I get much more ideas.

So that was all for today's blog post. Let me know what are your favourite activities to do in spring. :)
